Service Agreement

This Agreement governs your subscription and use of the Sun E-Commerce platform to run your digital store.

1SLA & Platform Uptime

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are strictly NOT liable for any direct or indirect loss of revenue, anticipated savings, or business interruptions caused by server downtimes, maintenance, or force majeure.

2Account Termination

Sun E-Commerce holds the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any store or user account at our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, if we suspect a violation of our terms, abnormal network activity, or potential brand damage.

3Financial Liability

In no event shall Sun E-Commerce's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the one (1) month prior to the claim. We hold zero liability for any chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or payment gateway failures arising in your store.

4Custom POS Integrations

Merchants utilizing their own Virtual POS do so entirely at their own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for missing webhooks, bank API changes, or settlement delays.
